Office Hours:
The offices maintain regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Appointments:
Our centralized appointment office will assist you in choosing the physician and location that best meets your needs. Please call 791-6611 or 221-4848 for appointments. If you have an urgent problem, please call the office and we will make arrangements for you. Often patients with new injuries can be seen the same day.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so that another patient may use your allotted time, which keeps the office running smoothly.
Emergencies:
If an orthopaedic emergency arises, immediately call our office and go directly to the nearest emergency room and request your Tristate Orthopaedic Treatment Center physician.
Outside normal business hours, TOTC phones are answered by trained professionals who relay emergency calls to the appropriate physician.
Disability Forms:
There is a processing fee for all disability forms. Forms must be submitted signed, with personal data completed by you, and a stamped envelope attached.
Referrals:
Many insurance plans require patients to be referred by their primary care physician. If your insurance company requires a referral, you must bring it with you prior to being seem by an TOTC physician.
X-Rays / MRI / Test Results:
If you are seeing one of our physicians in our office please make sure you bring with you on each visit any x-rays, mri, or test results that you have had since your last visit. If you are a new patient please bring these with you at your initial appointment.
Prescriptions:
All prescription refills should be requested during regular office hours. This allows us to check your records for accuracy of medication. Routine prescription refills should be requested through your pharmacy. They will contact our office for authorization. These requests will be completed after the regular business day.
